The report
What we issue
An International Criminal Record Report is a document in your name. Employers, hospitals, schools, contractors and some visa offices ask for it. Issue ICRR prepares it and emails it to you.
We are a private service. We are not a police force, court or government office. We do not grant visas or jobs. The organisation that asked for the report decides whether they will accept it. Check their list before you pay.
Who can apply
Only you. An employer or relative cannot apply in your name. If more than one person needs a report, each person submits their own application.
Where it is used
People typically present the report for healthcare, aviation, private security, education, government contracting and overseas work. If the receiving body names a different certificate — for example a national police clearance — this report may not replace it.
What we ask for
- Passport photo page, or national ID or driving licence (both sides)
- The number on that document
- Electricity bill, water bill or bank statement from the last three months
- Two photographs: one holding the ID, one of your face only
The 12-day or 5-day period starts when the form, accepted documents and payment are complete.
